We return to Fort Desoto with warmer temperatures, and are now on the Gulf (west) side of the island, where we get treated to spectacular sunsets every evening.  Ronnie, Connie, and Darrell are here for a week, and Rick and Becky are here for a long weekend.  We mentioned to Rick, our "Campgound Host" friend, that John and Tillie would like to return for a week if they could get in, and to be on the lookout for a cancellation.  He came by a day later and said that there was a cancellation, but they would need to call ASAP.  I called John and he called the office and was able to get the site.  They had to push their return from their cruise in the Keys, and make it in one day rather than two, to pickup their motorhome and get back over here to Fort Desoto.  It was a great time.  We made our annual trek to Hooters for hotwings with Larry and Cathy, and also had them out to the island for Spaghetti dinner.
